Make a Complaint
Please email all of your complaints to Practice Manager Faraz Ali via our secure online form.
Alternatively you can call the complaints number of the practice on 020 8962 1425. You can also come in person to the practice and can meet the Practice Manager if you are not happy with our services.
The Practice Manager works Mon to Fri from 10:30am to 6:30pm.
For Complaints Procedures and Forms, please ask reception to give you a copy.
Making a Complaint about MSK/ Physiotherapy Services
Complaints regarding an MKS (physiotherapy) service should be made directly with the service provider or you can make a complaint to Healthshare online.
