How to Order a Repeat Prescription

Repeat prescriptions requests can be made by phone, online (see below) or at the surgery. 

We will try to get your prescription ready with in 24 hours unless you require a medication review.

If you require new medication or medication not on your repeat prescription list, you must make an appointment to see the doctor or clinical pharmacist.

Medication Reviews

All patients with long standing repeat prescriptions will require a 6 month medication reviews; you need to make an appointment to see the doctor before any further prescriptions can be issued. The medication review is a chance to check that your medicines are not causing any side effects and for you to ask any questions you may have. (For further info please ask for the Repeat Prescription information leaflet).

Please be aware if you do not come for your medication review then your prescription may be delayed until you have had the medication review.
